Base-building delivery of a full open-plan office floor, including new demising walls, polished concrete floors, an exposed and painted ceiling with linear lighting, and floor-to-ceiling glazing — turned over ready for tenant fit-out.

This project was delivered on schedule with professional project management, skilled trade coordination, and close attention to the client's requirements and building standards. Renwall managed all aspects of the construction process from demolition through to final inspection and handover.
